BIZEN's unique vacuum bonding method
Vacuum bonding is a completely new approach to laminated cue tips. Cow leather has traditionally been considered unsuitable for laminated tips—where the upper and lower layers are bonded with adhesive—due to the length and thickness of its fibers.
BIZEN TIP employs a vacuum bonding method that intertwines the fibers between layers in a vacuum environment, minimizing the use of adhesive and replicating the feel of striking with a single piece of cow leather.
